Counselling can support people going though many things, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, burnout, and general emotional wellbeing. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling.

We are all different. Some people get value from just a few sessions, while others prefer longer term support. Ultimately, it’s about what feels right for you.

Yes, while Bella Bay Counselling is based in Geelong and the Bellarine, Victoria, we support people Australia-wide through online and telehealth sessions. Many people prefer to meet from the convenience and comfort of their own home.

Yes, everything you share in counselling is treated with respect and confidentiality. There are a few legal exceptions, such as risk of harm or responding to court orders. These will be explained clearly in your first session.

Yes, plan-managed and self-managed clients are welcome.

We charge a flat rate of $125.00 per session for both in-person and online/telehealth sessions. Payment is usually made on the day of your session.
A concession rate of $90.00 is available for people with a Concession or Health Care card.

Minimum of 24 hours’ notice is needed for cancellations or changes.
A fee may apply for late cancellations.
