About me

As a registered counsellor, I offer a warm, evidence-based and ethical approach. I bring extensive lived experience to our work together. I came to counselling after many years of working in people-focused roles, including in community engagement and adult education.

My approach to counselling is person-centred and compassionate. I work alongside you to support you in achieving the growth and positive changes that you are looking for. My aim is to ensure you feel truly safe and heard.

I am available to work with all adults over the of the age of 18. I have a special interest in working with people facing the many challenges and transitions that can come to us in mid to later life.

Some of these may include, family estrangement, loss and grief, workplace conflicts, burnout, adjusting to retirement, aging related challenges and lots, lots more. We are all different and I draw on diverse counselling approaches to best suit your needs.
